Is that real?

I thought this was a perfect nest - I inspected it and found it to have every single twig in place. So I took this picture. But later, I found out that at the airport, they used a similar looking, similar sized nest there, as part of a decoration.
So I suppose, this nest wasn't made by a bird, but by man.
