Rabbit Feed

 The bunnies are on Oxbow Timothy but they were not really eating it much, so I purchased some Oat Hay.

Because I'm trying to be eco-friendly even when extending their cage to a condo, I re-use photo-copy paper boxes as their hay bin for Timothy.  Oat Hay is on their level 2 hay tray.

After a week, they took to eating hay - Oat and Timothy!
This is what they were eating - and they love this.  To 'force' them to make hay the staple, I refused to fill their pellet bowl for a day - besides getting the more 'fragrant' OAT hay.

So far so good.
They are obedient and eat their hay most of the day and have their Burgess nuggets for dinner.  Just one serving.
